We often sign up for free trials and forget to cancel, leaving “vampire” subscriptions to drain our bank accounts and clutter our statements. Auditing these is the fastest way to save money and reduce mental load.

Review your last three months of bank statements and cancel anything you haven’t used in 30 days. Use a tracking app or spreadsheet to manage the essentials you keep.
