Florida Woman Throws ‘Caca’ on Neighbor She Accused of Sleeping With Her Husband

A woman is behind bars after being accused of throwing a bucket of human poop at her neighbor. Yes, you read that right. The incident happened on Sept. 7, 2026, when Yirsi Machado Rivera allegedly attacked her neighbor with human waste after accusing the woman of having a sexual relationship with her husband.

The unnamed neighbor lived in a separate section of a split trailer in unincorporated northwest Miami-Dade County, Florida. According to NBC Miami, the woman went to the neighbor’s side of the trailer Monday night to confront her about the affair. When the neighbor opened the door, the 50-year-old reportedly emptied the bucket on her before leaving. 

But the plot thickened when police arrived, and the defendant reportedly told them that she had been trying to dispose of a bucket of “caca,” which she had to use as a toilet because her own bathroom wasn’t working. The 50-year-old then accused the neighbor of attacking her over an argument about the smell.

Unfortunately, the Miami Herald reports that the defendant will have to stay in jail while she awaits her trial, after prosecutors requested that she not be released before getting her day in court. 

A Witness Confirmed the Neighbor’s Story

NBC Miami says that officers spoke with a third-party after responding to the Monday night call, who verified the neighbor’s story about how everything happened. “The defendant stated to the witness that she pooped in a bucket to throw it in the victim’s face,” a police report viewed by the outlet said.

However, the bucket-wielding woman maintains that she was the wronged party, even claiming that the neighbor hit her over the head with a bat after complaining about the smell of her toilet bucket. 

“So this is an interesting case, she thinks the neighbor is having relations with her husband so she pushes her way into the victim’s house and then throws poop on the victim, a bucket of poop,” Judge Mindy Glazer reportedly said during the initial bond hearing. 

She Now Faces Felony Charges

The Miami Herald reports that she is being charged with felony burglary and misdemeanor battery. According to the Law Office of Jose E. Lopez, P.A., felony burglary cases can come along with some significant jail time depending on whether it’s first, second, or third degree, with a maximum penalty of up to 5 years in prison and $5,000 in fines.

Meanwhile, Lotter Law’s website says that the misdemeanor battery charges can result in up to a year in jail.
